This has turned out to be a tough category, actually. There are a lot of hot guy butt pics, but most of them fall into one of 3 categories: 1) bare butts; 2) underwear is pulled down, making it basically a bare butt pic; or 3) the dude is wearing something other than underwear such sa speedos or jockstraps.
I made an executive decision to only include true underwear pics in this category, so keep that in mind if you share some pics for this category. Pics falling into the 3 categories above will not be included, at least not for the underwear category.

One of the best blogs for underwear hotties is Nice Briefs. And, it supplies us with my 1st place choice in this category.
Unfortunately, I can't remember where I got this next one, my 2nd place choice. I think it might have been the Gay Ass Tumblog. Correct me on that, and I will give proper credit, ok?

This cute amateur butt caught my eye for some reason. Maybe it's because it looks like a real guy's butt, albeit of a certain type. No PS here. All I can think of when I look at this is burying my face in it.
